James Ryan Razeghian is a Chapman University graduate of 1979 with a Master of Business Administration degree. Prior to receiving his license and entering the real estate business in 1983, he worked in banking and hotel management.
James got into the real estate business during a very difficult time. As you may know, the early 1980’s were wrought with high interest rates of 16-18%, which are unthinkable in today’s market. His first real estate transaction was a short sale, although this wasn’t referred to as a short sale at that time. James had to make an appointment with a bank vice-president, and meet with him personally. He took a thick folder of information to convince the bank that his client was suffering hardship, and to get the bank to agree to discount the mortgage note in order to sell the house.
James began his real estate career with Merrill Lynch Realty in the city of Orange, California. While there, he learned REO (Real Estate Owned) business principles while working with bank foreclosures. Following that, James became involved in investment properties and began selling commercial real estate. His knowledge and experience in all aspects of real estate is a result of hard work through the years. James has also worked for Prudential Realty, Remax Real Estate, and Homes and Gardens to name a few. James opened his own real estate office in October of 2004 and later added a mortgage company to his business.
James has devoted all of his time during the last few years to help homeowners avoid foreclosure by any means, and to advise them as a short sales expert. James is an Orange County resident. His businesses are 2000 & Beyond Realty, and Foreclosure Options Info.
